Data and privacy requests
Ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion of your account or farm data. You can export your records yourself at any time from the Export Binder in the app, and signed-in farm users can request deletion from Settings. Please write from the email address on your account so we can verify the request. See our Privacy Policy for details.

GAP APP is a recordkeeping and audit-readiness tool. It helps farms organize food-safety records, write procedures, prepare for audits under programs such as USDA GAP and Harmonized GAP, and support traceability recordkeeping under FSMA 204.
GAP APP does not issue certifications, conduct official audits, or make certification decisions. Certification is granted only by an accredited certification body or the relevant agency after its own audit. GAP APP is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or certified by the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), or any certification body.
Using GAP APP does not guarantee that you will pass an audit or comply with any regulation. You remain responsible for the accuracy of your records and for your food-safety decisions.
